Unable to complete installation, getting "LDAP binding" error (4378498)

When installing a Change Auditor component, it fails and you receive the error message: "LDAP binding unsuccessful using SASL (0x8007054b)"

Missing permissions or requirements related to the LDAP Authentication option used for the installation.

As of version 7.5, when installing the coordinator and choosing the SSL LDAP authentication option, for Change Auditor to function in an LDAPS environment, the CA coordinator hosts and AD Certificate Services will need to have certificates configured and imported. Please make sure your environment complies with the following requirements:

Alternatively, select the SASL option to use the same authentication method from previous versions of Change Auditor (Kerberos or NTLM). Regardless, the account installing the coordinator component must be a member of the Domain Admins group in the domain where the coordinator is being installed:

However, for the agent component, the domain account used to run the installer has to be at least a Local Administrator (Administrative authority to install software and Interactive logon rights) on the target host:
